EASTPARTS was founded by three workshop engineers who were tired of equipment that could not be serviced. That single frustration still shapes every product we build.
In 2010 our founders were running a bicycle workshop in Cixi and spending far too much of their week on stands and racks that bent, seized or shook loose. They sketched a heavier-duty clamp on a repair ticket and built the first prototype in a leased workshop.
That prototype is still the design principle behind everything we make: wearing parts should be reachable, replacement should be predictable, and the product should survive a working workshop. Today more than 12,800 EASTPARTS stands and racks are in daily service across 42 countries.
Design out the failure modes that stop a workshop, and make the rest serviceable in minutes.
Real load calculations, transparent test data and a spare-parts list with every product — no surprises.
Growth has been deliberate: each expansion followed a customer problem we could not solve with an existing product line.
Three workshop engineers build the first EASTPARTS repair stand prototype with a replaceable clamp head.
A 6,200 m² assembly and test facility is commissioned, bringing load and cycle testing in house.
Electric lifting stands enter production, moving EASTPARTS from components to complete workshop systems.
European distributor agreements signed, bringing local stock and service to riders outside China.
Racks, baskets, pedals and tools join the range — thirteen product categories in one catalogue.
42 countries served and a recorded on-time delivery rate of 99.4%.
These are not wall posters. They are the criteria we use when deciding what to build and what to refuse to sell.
Guarded moving parts, hold-to-run controls and documented risk assessments on every product we ship.
If a part wears, it must be replaceable on site with standard tools. That rule has never been waived.
Performance claims come with test conditions. If we cannot measure it, we do not claim it.
Spare-parts availability is committed for a minimum of ten years from the last unit shipped.
Our leadership team still reviews every custom and private-label project personally.
Mechanical engineer, 30 years in workshop equipment. Wrote the original EASTPARTS clamp specification.
Leads the design programme that took EASTPARTS from stands to a full thirteen-category catalogue.
Built the central spares operation and the 24-hour despatch commitment our customers rely on.
Independent audits, product testing and material traceability across all manufacturing sites.
Quality management audited annually across all plants.
Machinery directive compliance and CE declarations on request.
Material compliance for finishes, coatings and packaging.
Load and safety testing aligned with bicycle safety standards.
We run load and cycle tests with customers present. Book a visit or ask us for a live video walkthrough of the line before your order ships.
